Documentary storyteller (b.1988, Amsterdam). Currently based in East London, UK.
Being against inequality and believing in equal chances her aim is to give justice to her subjects, by raising empathy of the viewer. In her work she questions how society is structured and how social processes are activated. As a socially engaged individual her practice explores storytelling for social change by focussing on minority groups and marginalized young people. These stories result in different forms, such as text, portraits and moving images.
